Your Submission

• The 2009 Awards will recognize articles/reports focusing on women's health issues in a Canadian consumer newspaper, magazine, or broadcast report in Canada from 1 January 1 to 31 December 2008.
• Individual, team or organization as it should appear on the award
• Title of entry (as you would like it to appear on the award)
• Date entry was published/aired
• Media outlet in both official languages
• Please include a brief summary of the entry topic
• Submission type

  Print (Newspaper, general interest magazine or on-line news): print articles should be feature style, at least 1000 words in length

  Broadcast (Television or radio): Broadcast submissions should be documentary style and at least 2 minutes in duration
