Biography
Erin Knight is a Family Physician and fellowship trained Addiction Physician. She completed medical school in Manitoba and residency in the Aboriginal Family Medicine program at the University of British Columbia. Following residency she completed a 1-year clinical fellowship in Addiction Medicine at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver. She now practices family medicine at the Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre in Winnipeg and Addiction Medicine in Opaskwayak Cree Nation in Northern Manitoba. She is also the Medical Director of Addiction Services at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, including an 11-bed medical withdrawal management unit, inpatient Addiction Consult Service, several outpatient clinics and a Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine Clinic.
