	Biography Dr. Louise McNaughton-Filion has been the Regional Supervising Coroner for Eastern Ontario, Ottawa region, since 2013 and the Chair of the Obstetrics and Perinatal Death Review Committee for the Office of the Chief Coroner/Ontario Forensic Pathology Service since 2021. She was an investigating coroner for 15 years, prior to becoming a regional coroner and continues to conduct inquests. In her previous life, Louise was an emergency physician, and held multiple positions within hospitals, regions, the LHIN, provincially and federally, related to both the assurance and the equitable distribution of quality care.
