The course is limited to 48 participants with a faculty ratio of approximately 6 participants to 1 faculty member – this ensures a highly interactive and educational course.

Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have received confirmation from SOGC that you are registered and you have passed the written examination.

All course participants will be provided with further information in the e-mail sent from the SOGC with their ALARM Course Kit.

 

Cancellation of Course

Please note the SOGC reserves the right to cancel the course three weeks prior to course date should registration be deemed insufficient. Registrants will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule their registration to another course date.

Fail/Cancellation Policy:

If you are not successful after 2 attempts at the exam, 31 days or more before the course date, you will be refunded your registration fee minus an administration cost of 25% of the total course fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling requests received 31 days or more from the course date will be refunded minus an administration cost of 25% of the total course fee.

If you are not successful after 2 attempts at the exam, 30 days or less before the course date, the course fee is non-refundable and you cannot attend the course.

For cancellation and rescheduling requests received 30 days or less from the course date, the course fee is non-refundable.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in writing to the SOGC National Office by mail at 2781 Lancaster Road, Suite 200, Ottawa, Ontario K1B 1A7, or by email at alarm@sogc.com.  Should you have any questions about your registration, please do not hesitate to contact alarm@sogc.com

 

If you would like to hold an ALARM course in your community, please contact SOGC at alarm@sogc.com. Please note that a minimum of 12 participants is required.
