Ms. Lisa Morgan RM
Lisa is a midwife in Cambridge Ontario and an assistant professor in the Midwifery Education Program at Laurentian University. She has a Food Science degree from the University of Alberta and is studying at Laurentian University towards a PhD in Interdisciplinary Rural and Northern Health. Lisa recently authored the chapter on Nutrition in Pregnancy for the Midwifery Skills e-book released in Februray 2016 and is closely following the advancements of our knowledge of nutrition through the release of the FIGO and USDA guidelines in 2015, Global Nutrition Report 2015 and the SOGC Consensus on Female Nutrition, being released April 2016.
