Doctor of Medicine (1979), Obstetrician-Gynecologist (1987) of the University of Kinshasa, obstetric and gynecological ultrasonographer certified at the University of Liège (1996). National Vice-President of the SCOGO. Member of the national steering committee for the eradication of urogenital fistulas. Honorary head of the Obstetrics/Gynecology department, Hôpital Provincial Général de Référence de Kinshasa, head of the emergency and outpatient (PNC, FP) department. Former main technical advisor for the institutional capacity-building joint project (WHO/UNFPA) for the Ministry of Public Health, in reproductive health.
Expert for the Ministry of Health in developing normative documents (policies, standards, guidelines, and protocols), manuals, and other training tools for instructors and health care providers (FP, EmONC, MNCAH, for survivors of sexual violence). He is a trainer for instructors and health care providers at the provincial and national level, often works as a consultant (WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF, GIZ, ASF/PSI, Pathfinder International, DRC’s Social Fund, MSH/IHP).
