Biography
Alicia St.Hill is the Executive Director of Ontario’s Better Outcomes Registry & Network (BORN), including the Prenatal Screening Ontario (PSO) program. Her career has spanned policy, care delivery, quality improvement, and performance measurement in the US and Canada. She is delighted to be advancing the learning health system that provides care in pregnancy and childhood. She is passionate about technology and innovations that are revolutionizing the way we collect, analyze, and share health information. As she advances BORN’s mandate, her team is focused on mobilizing insights that improve equitable care and outcomes, enhance health literacy, and accelerate the adoption of evidence-based care. Alicia holds a BSc in Life Sciences from Queen’s University, an MHA from the University of Ottawa, and has pursued post-graduate studies in Health Services Research, Policy, and Information Systems Management at Northwestern University.
