	Biography Mr. Stephen Bent has been a member of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) executive team since 2010. Until recently, he was Vice President of the Agency’s COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout and he is now Vice President of PHAC’s Strategic Policy Branch. Stephen has also held federal executive leadership roles in the areas of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control, Health Promotion, and Chronic Disease Prevention. Prior to this, Stephen held roles at the Treasury Board Secretariat, Department of Finance, and the National Research Council. Stephen is a graduate of Carleton University and a life-long resident of the City of Ottawa, where he lives with his family. Disclosure 1.
