Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. A refund (less a $50 processing fee) for the in-person event will be provided for cancellation requests received prior to February 15, 2023. Refunds will not be provided to those registered for the virtual option.

Requests to switch from the in-person event to the virtual event which are received after March 11, 2023 will not be eligible for a refund of the difference in pricing.

Registration receipt
Your official receipt will be sent by email to the email address on your account profile. If you have misplaced a copy you can sign in to your account to access a copy. Please ensure that the email address on your account is up-to-date.


Session recordings/Photographs
By registering for this event, you understand that you may appear in photographs or video recordings and that the SOGC may use such photographs or videos for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to print or online promotional material. You agree that you shall have no claim against the SOGC or against anyone accessing these materials and that they remain the property of the SOGC.
