Cindy is a Lead Facilitator at Salus Global. She is passionate about patient safety, quality improvement and leading change in order to implement evidence-based interventions that help make healthcare safer. Cindy has over 20 years of nursing experience in various service delivery areas including obstetrics, perioperative services, emergency, surgery and medicine.

Prior to joining Salus Global in 2014, Cindy worked as a Quality and Risk Manager in Newfoundland & Labrador and Ontario. She considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to work with teams across the country promoting, building and sustaining a culture of patient safety and enhanced quality care.

Academic Credentials
Cindy is a Registered Nurse and holds a certification in Risk Management through the Canadian Healthcare Association. She is also a certified trainer for Disclosure, Incident Analysis, and Patient Safety.
