	Biography Dr. Ryan Lett (MD, FRCPC, U of S/Dalhousie) is an anesthesiologist practicing in Regina, Saskatchewan. When he started learning about an evidence based transfusion practice, he realized he had large gaps in his overall knowledge. He is currently the physician lead for patient blood management advocating for improved transfusion practice. In 2018 he joined the National Advisory Committee on Blood and Blood Products as a provincial representative, and in 2019 was asked to assist in developing a national transfusion appropriateness strategy with Choosing Wisely Canada.
