You may register for the full conference or for one day only. Registration fees include breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches as indicated in the program.
SOGC members can save on full conference registration fees with the early bird discount, valid until midnight Friday, October 7, 2022.
Last minute registrations will be subject to a fee which corresponds to 30% of the current registration fees. Registrations received after 11:59 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 will be subject to last minute registration fees.

Cancellation and refund policy
Registration fees will be fully refunded, less a $100 administration fee, if written notice of cancellation (to [email protected]) is received on or before Friday, October 28, 2022. No refunds will be granted after this date.
Your official receipt will be sent by email. If you have misplaced a copy you can log in to your account to access a copy.
Registration on site
It is strongly recommended that you register in advance. On-site registrations interfere with our ability to schedule seating, meals and materials to be prepared and you may be denied entry to the event if all seats are sold out.
Permission for photos and videos
By registering for an SOGC event, you understand that you may appear in photos or videos taken by the SOGC during the event, which may be used for a variety of purposes, including printed or online promotional materials. By submitting your registration, you therefore agree to have no recourse against the SOGC or against any person who accesses these documents, and that they remain the property of the SOGC.
